Hours of operation are 10 AM–7 PM from Monday to Saturday and 10:30 AM–6:30 PM on Sunday and holidays. On match days, tours end 5 hours before kickoff and do not include access to the dressing room. Last admission is 30 minutes before closing time.
Summer special schedule (June 17th to September 14th): The tour will open 30 minutes earlier.
On Match Days the tour will be open until 5 hours before the kick off.
Due to the works being carried out at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the Tour route will be temporarily affected and these areas will not be able to be visited: The perimeter of the playing field; Virtual reality area; The Presidential Box; First team dressing room, player's tunnel and press room
Children 5 and younger are complimentary.
